Our Team

Wes is an experienced real estate and title professional having spent more than a decade in commercial real estate lending. He has worked through thousands of real estate transactions ranging from simple turn-key investment projects to complex multi-owner construction & development projects. Through these experiences, Wes developed a passion for real estate and a knack for figuring out ways to get things done. 

Wes and his wife, Jordan, live in Van Alstyne with their two boys. They enjoy spending time outdoors, volunteering to coach youth sports teams, and supporting as many community events as they can.

 Jordan is a recently licensed escrow officer who prides herself in providing excellent customer service and communication. She takes ownership in each and every transaction with a goal to facilitate a smooth process and ensure that all parties involved feel supported and informed. 

Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband and her two boys, whether that be a trip to the hunting blind, the baseball field, or the beach. 

Shanon has been a licensed escrow officer in Texas for more than 20 years. She has owned and operated for a good portion of that time. Her experiences over the last couple of decades have earned her a number of metaphorical badges, including, but not limited to "Chief Problem Solver" and "Head Coach." She takes pride in her work and providing support to make sure all parties' goals are met.

Shanon enjoys spending time with her family and friends, but most of all being "Nee'Nee" to her grandkids.    

  With 20 years of experience in business development, Latona has learned that successful sales hinge on building solid relationships. Her approach involves being a pivotal part of our clients' networks, ensuring they feel truly understood. She prioritizes creating seamless collaborations by integrating our team with theirs, forging strong partnerships that benefit both sides.

In addition to Latona's professional focus in the title business, she believes in maintaining a strong community presence. Outside of work, she has a passion for travel, shopping, cooking, and spending time with her fun-loving family. For her, life is about embracing joyous moments and living fully each day.
